Most of the products you see in our eshop are readily available, ensuring that there is always sufficient stock in our warehouse. However, for any information please contact us via e-mail, telephone or the operating hours of our call center.
VAT included in the price of all products shown in our e-shop.
For your convenience, we have invested in the organization and security of our online store so that your order can only run through it. However, for any questions regarding the registration of your order we are always at your disposal opening hours of our call center.
If the products selected are available, the time of preparation of orders is 4-6 business days (not include the delivery time). Excludes the following product categories:

  • Wedding-Christening Favors: 15-25 working days
  • Handmade sugared cherries: 15-20 working days
  • Christening Packages: 15-20 working days
The wedding favors containing 5 sugared almond, and christening favors can contain either 5 sugared almonds or chocolate smarties karamelakia type.
After consultation with the client the bonbons may contain more than 5 sugared almonds and by specific categories, such as:

  • Sugared almond flavors
  • Sugared import plywood flavors (strawberry-cream, milk chocolate, toffee)

It is worth noting that during the summer months it is advisable to only use almond candy because sugar-coated containing chocolate are more susceptible to high temperatures.

Of course you can order materials and make yourself the wedding favor of your choice, if you see the category "do it yourself".
All favors are placed safely and shipped in cardboard containers. If the client wishes presentation box, place them in cardboard or wooden kafasakia which are decorated in the same pattern with sweets, rich with ribbons and bows. If you look in the category boxes you can choose from a wide range of your favorite codes.
Once the registration of your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address you provided on the order form.

We would like to point out that in any case our company does not send defective products to our knowledge. If you nevertheless receive a defective product, contact us at tel .: 2410535761 within 2 working days from the date of receipt and will inform you of the replacement process of the product without incurring additional transport costs. Beyond this period the costs are charged to the customer. We acknowledge that the AFI OE Tserkezos company assumes no responsibility in case of loss or destruction of the parcel caused by the transport company's responsibility.
Of course you can make additional order, but which will be governed by the terms of the new order. Please note that if the order is for additional wedding favors and christening the minimum quantity is 20 pieces. If concerns any product and if your order has not gone from our store for shipping we can muster both orders in one shipment. Otherwise, you are charged for each order related transport costs. Therefore please take care as soon as possible if it is to make a supplementary order.
Concerning your personal data, we inform you that all personal information we receive is used by us only to run and promote your order for any reason, not shared with third parties.
The hours of our physical store operation are:
Monday - Wednesday - Friday: 8:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 21:00
Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday: 8:30 to 14:00
The customer service telephone hours are:
Monday - Wednesday - Friday: 9:00 to 14:00 and 18:00 to 20:00
Tuesday - Thursday: 9:00 to 14:00
The cancellation of your order can be done in the following ways:

  • Before checkout and during the online process you can press the "Cancel" button automatically interrupting your order process.
  • If you have completed your online order, but do not want it enforced, and if the product has not left to send, you can call 2410535761 within 24 hours and one of our associates will take the cancellation of your order.
  • Otherwise the product has gone to mission but want to cancel it, you should contact us to inform you about the return procedure. We would like to point out that the product you receive should not be opened or tampered the packaging and that the shipping and return costs will be borne by you.

If and when we receive the products not fulfill the above requirements, our company can not accept the return and will you return it at your expense.
